A chalet holiday, be it summer or winter, is an institution. We are Harry, Nicola & Richard. We have lived permanently here in Zell am See for 3 years. After semi-retiring 20 years ago Harry decided to combine his love of entertaining with his passion for travelling and became a holiday rep. This took him to various places throughout Europe and then in 1997 he decided to work in Austria with his Daughter Nicola, (whom he affectionately calls Tricky), during her gap year. They both fell in love with the beautiful countryside, the friendly locals, traditional way of life, and its diverse summer and winter seasons. And although both have worked in different areas since something always drew them back the Zell am See area. In 2006 I came on holiday to the region, met Tricky, was immediately drawn into the life style and the rest as they say is history. We married 4 years later!

So having lived and worked in the area for numerous years, we love nothing more than to share our knowledge of and passion for the local area. The quietest pistes, most scenic gorge walks, best Après ski bars, or day trip suggestions. We will go that extra mile to ensure your chalet experience is unforgettable. We are also enthusiastic dinner-party cooks, who look forward to providing you the warm welcome, delicious food and friendly service which lie at the heart of any chalet holiday.

A Chalet Charlotte holiday is perfect for you whether you are a group of friends or family seeking a comfortable base, couples or singles interested in meeting like-minded people or indeed anyone wanting an informal, relaxed atmosphere. A holiday with us is also ideal if you are a young family as we provide a safe, homely atmosphere where the children can play while parents relax. We accept children of all ages in our chalet. For younger children we are happy to serve early dinners and special menus on request. You are also given the use of a fridge for food storage and equipment for heating formula and baby food.

We offer our own transfer service, whether it’s being collected from the airport or an early morning run to the ski lifts. (Subject to availability, please ask us for further details).
